Breakfast this morning was PB chocolate smoothie dreamboat. I was in a rush, my alarm wasn't my friend this morning so i had all of 15 mins to make myself boootiful and feed my rumbley tum.
I blended 1 scoop coco whey, 2 tbsp pb2, almond milk a banana and some
drops of vanilla stevia... aaaaaand sprinkles. its not a party or meal appropriate for this blog without sprinkles.
10.30 am snack.. Picked half a grape vine and 2 Gluten free chocolate chip cookies a fellow teacher brought in to keep me quiet/happy at break time.
It was my half day at school, so I lassoed bobbin up and we all went for a woodland walk in the beautiful springy sunshine.
found a sweet rope swing, so swung.threw some balls.
and swung some more.
Nice weather makes for such a enjoyable walk! once we had had enough
of twigs, grass and all that nature stuff we deposited Beebz back at
home and headed to the gym for some HIIT on the elliptical and a arm
focused strength training sesh.
after all that exercising I came home and I cooked a quick spinach veggie daal curry type thing.
after some TV viewing brewed a cup of tea and whipped up an amazing bowl of berry protein oatmeal! almonds, yoghurt and a very berry compote topped ma oaty midnight feast.Annnnnnd thats all folks. nothing more to see here.
